For 24 years, family and friends have come together for the Duke Classic—a day of golf, camaraderie, and heartfelt generosity, all in the fight against pediatric cancer, sickle cell, and other serious childhood illnesses. Thanks to our incredible players and guests, this event has raised nearly $700,000 in support of Embrace Kids Foundation.
The tournament honors Canio Constantino, affectionately known as "The Duke," who passed away from cancer in 2001. Known for his infectious laughter and zest for life, The Duke had a gift for bringing joy to everyone around him. In his memory, the Constantino family created this event to support families facing unimaginable challenges.
Embrace Kids Foundation is dedicated to easing the burdens of these families, helping them find normalcy and hope amid adversity. Every dollar raised through the Duke Classic goes directly to this mission - because when we come together, we don't just play golf; we change lives.

Single Player: $225
Foursome Fee: $900
Duke Foursome: $1,200 (Includes 4 golfers, 4 Additional Dinner Guests, Tee/Hole Sign & Special Recognition at the Banquet)
All Player Fees Include:
Green Fees, Cart, Lunch, Dinner Banquet, Beverages, Long Drive and Closest to the Pin contest.

Tee/Hole Sponsor- $250
Beverage Cart Sponsor - $750 - Provides a patient family with a Thanksgiving meal.
Putting Contest Sponsor - $1000 - Includes event signage and special recognition at the banquet.
Birdie Sponsor - $1,200 - "Laptop" - Provides technology for a young adult to ensure he/she can stay on pace with their virtual education.
Lunch Sponsor - $1,500 - Provides 2 patient families with a Thanksgiving meal.
Prize Sponsor - $2,000 - "Holiday Gifts" - Provides holiday gifts for one child-patient and their family.
Eagle Sponsor - $2,500 - "Financial Aid" - Provides one month's financial assistance for a patient family (rent, utilities and other basic costs).
Hole-in-One Sponsor - $5,000 - "Home Health Care" - Provides home health care for one high-risk pediatric oncology patient through the David E. Zullo Pediatric Palliative Care Program.
Double Eagle Sponsor - $10,000 - Provides a full year's tuition at a community college and financial assistance to a young adult patient.
