In 2013, my family's world was turned upside down when my youngest brother, Brandon, was diagnosed with pediatric leukemia. Watching him fight through something so terrifying at such a young age was the hardest thing I've ever experienced. During those dark, uncertain days, the Embrace Kids Foundation became a lifeline for us. They wrapped us in support, hope, and compassion when we needed it most, giving Brandon—and all of us—the strength to keep going. Today, I’m so grateful to say that Brandon is healthier than ever. His laughter fills our home again, and I truly believe that the kindness and dedication of Embrace Kids Foundation played a huge part in his recovery. They never let his light fade, even when ours felt dim. Now, I want to give back to the foundation that gave us so much. I want to help other families going through the same nightmare we faced.
